Palmer Mine Loop Trail 12/06/2007
We hadn't done a hike in Lost Dutchman Park around the Superstition Mountains in quite a while and this one seemed like a nice way to spend a few hours.
The scenery was just great and for once a "short, easy hike" we chose actually turned out to be exactly that.

You can't see it but there's a small mine opening in the side that doesn't go far
More great rocks
Nothing like looking over urban sprawl and smog
There was a lot of nice vegetation along the way which is unusual in the Superstitions
It's just a nice shot of cholla, saguaro and rocks
